Musa Tropicana
- Type: Bananas
Musa Tropicana is an extremely rare variety. It is a member of the Cavendishii family. As such, it is an indoor/conservatory plant that may go outside for the winter but is not remotely hardy. Like Dwarf Cavendish, it can produce edible bananas given plenty of heat, light and water. Be one of the first in the UK and Europe to try these plants and hopefully you will be able to literally eat the fruits of your labour.
These plants are 100cm tall from base of pot to top of plant. The large image is an example of the actual plant you are buying and the image beneath it is an example of a mature plant.
