TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING

Palm Farm Limited trades from our nursery at 157 Shipdham Road, Toftwood, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1NP and also from this website (www.palmfarmonline.com). Telephone numbers and e-mail address are given on the site.
We are not registered for VAT.
Our site displays the prices of all of the plants we sell and provides a delivery cost prior to paying the final cost at our checkout. We will acknowledge receipt of orders electronically and without undue delay.
Where the delivery cost is given as £100, we request that customers contact us for a tailored quote which is likely to be very much lower. We do this because delivery costs depend on the weight and size of the plant(s) ordered and the dimensions of any packaging.
We make every effort to arrange delivery of plants within a few days but unforeseen delays may occur for which we do not accept any liability. We will aim to keep you informed of any delays. Risk of loss and/or damage to products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
We will make clear the size of plant you are ordering. In general, unless otherwise stated, this will exclude pot size.
You may cancel any order (in writing – by post, fax or email) up to seven days after the goods are delivered. In that event, plants must be returned and any return postage costs borne by you.
We do not accept any responsibility for the quality of plants once they have left our shop because thereafter we have no control over their care or maintenance and subsequent health. We will, however, be pleased to advise you an all aspects of plant care.
We will keep records of sales, including your name and address but will not disclose these to third parties.
We do not process your card details at Palm Farm. This is done by Paypal under your own control and therefore we do not have access to your financial information.
