Multi-headed rostratas are very rare. Native to northern Mexico and western Texas, Yucca rostrata, (also known as Big Bend Yucca or Beaked Yucca) are very architectural with a stunning blue head of foliage on top of a creamy-white trunk. Yucca rostrata is a trunk forming yucca that grows very slowly and is perfectly suited for growing outside as they are hardy. It is hardy down to -15°C or lower. Best planted outside in very well drained soil in full-sun or part-shade or in a container. If you want a stunning specimen plant in your garden then this has to be it!
